We commit to:
- Musicians will wear black face masks to events.
- Musicians will remain a minimum of six feet away from all event staff and guests.
- Mile High String Quartet will not hire musicians that have returned from international travel within 14 days of the event.
- Mile High String Quartet will not hire musicians that have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or had close contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
- Mile High String Quartet will not hire musicians that have experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing, etc.)
If you book an event with us, you will be asked to complete and sign the following screening questionnaire and submit it 24 to 36 hours prior to your event. If you answer yes to any of the following questions we will not be able to play in-person at your event. Video performances will still be an option, however.
- Are you or your guests unwilling or unable (due to space constraints) to stay at least six feet away from the musicians if wearing masks, and 14 feet away if not wearing masks?
- Have you or any of your guests returned from international travel in the last 14 days?
- Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 or been exposed to any person who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
- Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing, etc.)?
